- Game profile information such as nickname, avatar, preferred modes, settings, achievements, and gameplay preferences.
- Support information that you send to us, including messages, screenshots, bug reports, and survey or feedback responses.
- Purchase and restore information related to digital goods, bundles, coins, or other virtual items purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and app information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone.
- Gameplay and service usage data such as match results, event participation, virtual currency balances, error logs, and crash data.
- Approximate network information such as IP address and coarse region derived from the network connection for security, fraud prevention, and service stability.

5. Virtual Items, Rewards, and Purchases
Coins, diamonds, bonuses, rewards, and other in-game items in TongitsSaya are virtual only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, vouchers, physical goods, or any real-world value, and cannot be transferred to other users.
Any digital purchases in the app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase, where applicable. Purchase, restore, and refund handling for Apple transactions are subject to Apple's rules and policies.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the integrity of the service.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where reasonable. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
7. Account Deletion and Your Choices
If you created an account using Apple, Google, or Facebook, you can request account deletion from within the app. Deleting an account removes the associated profile and gameplay data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You can also review, update, or withdraw certain permissions in the app and in your device settings, and you can disconnect social login permissions through the relevant provider where available.
8. Children and Age Limits
TongitsSaya is not intended for children under 15 or the minimum age required by local law, whichever is higher. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
9. Third-Party Services
TongitsSaya may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Apple, Google, and Facebook sign-in services. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
If we change analytics, payment, or support providers, the types of data collected and shared will continue to be limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate the app and will remain consistent with this policy and our App Store disclosures.
